Advert - The Sample Store !

I received my sample pack from The Sample Store awhile back!

It was a pack of 35 piece hair care products!

Initially i didnt thought much of it but when i saw it,

man it was really going to be useful to bring it outdoors for travel, to the beach, chalet stay etc etc.

^ A super big packet of items from the sample store! ^

^ This is how it looks like inside the packaging! ^

^ And after i unwrapped it and take a clearer picture for you peeps! ^

Basically most of the samples are from loreal,

I think its pretty okay for a 35 piece sample if you decided to get it from the sample store!

I think if i'm not wrong they're selling it at only $5.30?

so its bout 0.15 cents each for 35 piece!

I would think its quite a steal if you have this to use for overseas and stuffs.

And if you actually go into the website of the sample store,

limited to 4 samples i think each time with the points.

And the more reviews you write on their web for the item you redeemed,

the more points you get,

and you can redeem other items and the cycle goes on and on ~

Hiatus

Been busy lately hence the long break away from the blogging world.

Have started my training with prudential and its going good so far.

And yes,

training are always the best time cause you get to know more friends (fellow trainees),

relaxed timing and still get paid.

Most important, its always about the new stuffs you learn!

Had a couple rounds of studying + tests and exams.

Passed one main exam, passed all the small tests but failed two main exam so far.

Even with retakes, i still failed one of two so gotta keep trying.

But one place i love the most in the company is the pantry room.

why is that so?

Well, just see for yourself...

I know you all will probably think that its nothing and common.

BUT WAIT!

the vending machine lets us have drinks for free without tong-ing the coins!

imagine you wanna drink but gotta find coins before you can drink each time.

and its unlimited free flow

And then awhile back i was taking some pictures as i was in a pretty good mood.

and i wanted to use one of them as my blog header picture!

so how so how?

i think its nice but i feel its too dark and doesnt match my background as the background is sweet and light.

and then the rest of the pics,

mostly self cam-whore de so just view anyway since i didnt upload much picture recently in here.

And just as much as i would love to talk more,

but i've gotta get back to studying my M5 for tomorrow.

But a blog post should be up next week hopefully,

cause i have some products being delivered to me for blog ad!

Recent Happenings

Guessed most of my friends would have known,

but just thought of writing it on the blog anyways!

I've just signed my offer letter with Prudential recently,

so as officially i am working for prudential with a pretty good salary,

with my first month under training with lessons and exams.

(say yes to some spare cash for shopping or eating!)

Job scope basically is a financial service consultant,

would be working in a bank environment so banker hours for me!

Only hard thing is I've gotta study hard to pass these 3 exams during the first 2 weeks of my training!

I feel its pretty hard though,

cause afterall its a new jobscope and lots of numbers etc etc.

To be honest i've been kind of slacking on the studying but i am already bucking up!

and i've gotta pass the exams in order to get licensed!

I've been warned that the exams are hard and not easy to pass even though its all mcq.

ah wells, can only study hard and keep fingers crossed!

But I really wanna strive well in this job i've been given,

so i will work hard and try to increase my memory intake!!

That said, I also need to buy more formal office clothings before my lessons start in nov.

Also some short heels.

hopefully i can find more motivation to study hard and work hard in this!

To My Beloved Brother Always, 1985 - 2011

This is written in memory of my older brother, Jason.

Even though we're not blood related but everyone knows we're no different from real siblings.

Couple days ago i received a call from jason's aunt in sydney.

I was informed that jason has died in a terrible car accident, due to drink driving.

I always say how stupid and silly people are to drink and drive,

yet never expected my own brother to die this way.

The news came as very shocking to me,

because i haven heard from you all along for a few years and this is the news i get.

Jase,

I still remember i've known you since i was 6 years plus, so counting now it's been 15 years?

It's really been a long time now isnt it?

I remember you came to watch my dance performance in my final year of kindergarden,

bumped into you backstage and thats how we got to know each other.

Both you and me grew up being the only child in the family,

and hence we both were very close and treated each other like real siblings.

You've always kept me company, rain or shine whenever i needed you.

no matter how busy or how important your stuffs are,

how small or big my matters are,

just a call from me and you'll always be here.

When we both were finally grown up,

we began to know more about each other and understand more issues.

well basically only you understand me the best even though i dont have to say anything.

and when everyone thought we'd end up together,

we proved that we can stay as just brother and sister.

As i'm writing this to you,

lots of flashbacks came to me about stuffs you did for me.

I guess i was kind of influenced by you because you were so great.

always topped first in sportsmeet and your cca,

and so i even followed you and joined many cca in my school and sportsmeet,

though i didnt topped all first but i guess it was ok.

All along in my eyes,

you are good in well almost everything, just except you cant dance remember?

other than that you are really good in music, sports, studies and a good brother.

You may not realise but you've always been my role model.

Being the girl who knows lots of sports and music now is all influenced by you.

I am not as good as you in studies but i did pretty ok too, though i may try to fulfil studying medical in future.

Jase, do not worry about me anymore.

I'm already grown up and not the little girl you knew 15 years ago.

even though its our loss that you're gone but things you did and words you said will always be remembered.

I know how much you cant put down and let go of me,

but dont worry really.

I will take care of myself and finish whatever you left undone.

I know how much effort you put in everything you do, it wont go to waste i promise.

And when i am not so tied up in singapore,

i promise i'll head to sydney to settle stuffs for you and visit you and godpa.

and dont worry,

your aunt says godma is staying strong and i will call her when i can.

My only regret is not being able to see you last and be at your funeral.

Jase, i hope you're doing well in heaven and we all misses you alot.

You'll always be remembered and missed.

Rest In Peace Steve Jobs, 1955 - 2011

This news has been all over the world by now as i am blogging about it.

Steve Jobs has passed away on 5th October 2011 due to pancreatic cancer,

but he died peacefully as said from his family members.

Steve was the co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Apple Inc.

It's our loss that he is no longer around anymore.

Steve was a visionary genius,

and his creations will always be with us in our everyday lifes.

I'm sure everyone around has a apple product.

be it iphone, ipad, macbook, ipod nano, ipod touch etc.

Using these will let us remember him always and that he'll always be with us no matter where.

You'll be deeply missed, Rest in Peace Steve Jobs.

so i will take time and write different topic right here in my blog!

guess my list is pretty long cause i always feel i wanna do lots of things before I die.

So here goes with no particular order of my own list!

1. Visit all my favourite countries with or without my loved ones.

2. walk along the beach bare footed with the love of my life.

3. have a flat of my own designed the way i want.

3. being able to finally get my car license.

4. have my dream car.

5. baking something together with the love of my life.

5. host a whole night party with my friends in my own flat.

6. take a family photo with my parents and hayden.

7. witness hayden's first day of each school.

8. bring hayden overseas

9. watch hayden grow up and get married.

10. have every friend i know to write me a hand written letter for me to keep.

11. have a yatch party.

12. cook a table full of food myself with no help for my parents and my other half, including hayden.

13. pick up muay thai or some other form of martial arts.

14. pick up a language i dont know.

15. watch a concert/band overseas.

16. able to leave a sum of money behind for my family members when i die.

17. go camping with my other half.

18. go on a cruise.

19. go to a casino just once.

20. learn how to ride a horse

21. donating blood.

22. cook a candle light dinner for my other half and slow dance (or if he cooks also can)

23. bring hayden to a swimming pool and teach him how to swim.

24. attend dance courses at new york.

25. go kite-flying.
26. watch sunrise or sunset with my other half.
27. learn salsa dance.

Time being thats all for now cause i'm wayyyyy too sleepy to think of more!

Relish & Marble Slab Creamery

Finally met up with Chee Chuan (aka my god brother) for the food review at Relish.

He's been gaga-ing over the food there for awhile now.

they're famous for their burgers, which by the way are huge servings!

^ The place was totally empty so we dined with quiet-ness, plus dont you think its so cozy that it gives you a home touch to it? ^

^ Super cozy environment ^

^ My god brother of emm, many years now! Best shopping companian too! ^

^ And our food arrived! This is my 5-inch mushroom and cheeseburger! Look, the juice still dripping from the beef! ^

^ C.C's Tofu Portobello Burger, which by the way looks like a vegetarian burger! ^

^ I love poking my food! Just for humor purposes! ^

^ I would say their burger is too big sized for me! But its very juicy and tender and meaty!

would say its worth to recommand to people who love burgers come give it a try! ^

That said, we headed to Marble Slab Creamery after that for some sinful ice cream!

^ They have super lots of ice cream selection! Even bubblegum flavour! ^

I enjoyed their ice cream though I am going to swim a couple more laps to burn all these calories off!

loves how it tastes and the environment!

On a side note,

we went to H&M after that to see whats the in-thing there!

I thought i was gonna burn a hole buying things there,

but didnt get any stuffs cause they sell mostly winter wear.

(which means its thick and furry and not needed in singapore weather)

but the men's clothing sections were pretty okay,

as per what i feel lah.

So in conclusion,

I had a great day out and enjoyed my food!

Thousand Apologies

Been wanting to blog with my adverts but been holding it off.

feel really bad and sorry to my sponsors/friends.

I can only say when i thought I had it all, I didnt.

In life, you always gain some and lose some.

it may not turn out to be the ideal image you wanted, but this is life.

I'm sensible enough to know what i should do and what i shouldnt hold on.

So that aside, I do have some very good news to share.

I've accepted a job offer out of the few choices i have.

The Sims Social Life On Facebook !

I've been busy sending resumes to different companies and agency.

Figured I should start working again to divert my attention and full focus.

The time of being depressed is over and done with.

No more tearing and feeling negative.

That aside,

as said in my blog post title.

I'm super addicted to The Sims Social on facebook.

of course its different to the Sims we buy and play in the computer cause this is free, hello?

but nevertheless its super addictive!

^ When your sims are super happy, they will have this sparkling glow and inspired which in turns when doing stuffs, earn more simoleons! you can use those to buy things obviously! ^

There's this social points too with the blue jewel icon that you can use to buy things with as well but super expensive items i feel.

^ When you do different kind of things, they got many diff icons for you to collect! ^

And then you can go and either use them for building items or making potions.

Like if you wanna be inspired, or just feeling lousy then go make a super bad mood potion!

There's also many other potions for example - instantly cures hunger, or boost your hygience, or make you sleep less, etc etc.

^ Or if you are really feeling super bad mood, then just go other people's house to insult them! Whahahas,

kinda mean lah actually.

But then you need to use like your energy for those and their energy are super stingy!

Most things you do needs energy!

so once its gone means you got to wait like god knows how long unless you wanna

waste your money go buy sims cash.

^ So this is my small cosy house for my sims to live it, mostly pink yes! ^

I believe there's much more things but i just started so shall venture.

and I wanna date another sims lah!!!

But all my friends go date themselves cause i think they set up another account just to send items here and there loh!!

So much for being a romantic sims.

And look!

My sims is happily dancing loh, so guessed she's happy for now.

Food Review: Ah Yat Seafood a.k.a 阿一海鲜

Geez, September's here already!

New month new start aye.

Anyways, time to get my ass back in the blogging world.

Couple of things to blog but one post at a time so check back often you faithful readers!

I had a chance to go for a nom nom session at Ah Yat Seafood,

the one located at Turf City.

Its only like my second time i went turf city and we have a hard time finding the restaurant!

But after a left turn here and a right bend there,

we found it!

super lots of live seafood, pity i didnt took photos of those.

was led to our table and i remember walking a long road till we finally reached our table!

We had the S$48++ Meal plus a few other side dishes!

^ Super yummy shark fins, it was still boiling when they serve! ^

^ Pek-ing duck skin with crepe! Very nice and crispy skin! ^

^ Raw Oysters! One of my fav. cause its with garlic and much sauce! ^

^ This is one hell of a abalone i've eaten (i meant it in a good way), always heard that 阿一 abalone are all very nice, and it sure was though only 6 head abalone ( I like it that the fact it taste abit like cutterfish with all the nice sauce), not forgetting the huge goose palm ( is that what you call? ) ^

^ Pek-ing duck, except that its naked cause skin cut off! Meat was a lil hard though ^

^ My FAV veggies of all time! Spinnach with those eggs and soup thingy makes it super nice for non veggies lovers like me! ^

^ Some garlic rice! I always wonder why they like to serve rice last? I like to eat rice with my other dishes ^

That said,

we had our table full of food and even ta-bao!

BUT GUESS WHAT?

we left without remembering we have desserts!

i only realised it when i came home!

Ah wells, next time i guess ^_^

How a reality world we're living in our everyday life

As said in my blog title,

I seldom have such serious blog post here,

Just needed a platform to write/say things when my friends are all busy or sleeping at this timing.

And when i remembered you said you'll be here whenever i needed you,

you're busy too.

Its really kind of depressing at times like these.

just when you needed a listening ear/shoulder.

and yet i can only write on my blog, drinking a bottle of vodka, listening to slow songs.

how much more emo can i get?

Usually friday nights are what people called TGIF night.

but today for me, it isnt a good one.

I guess i never felt more of a failure then now,

nor any other moments in my life till far.

I had a big quarrel with my dad couple days ago,

than huge quarrel with my mum today,

things between you and me is a mess.

things at work is a mess as well (and i think i might just quit my job).

I feel like i am living in a hell pithole,

whereby everything is just pinpoint on.

with people talking behind your back,

back stabbing you and still pretend as if nth happened.

I find it really ironic that how people can back stab others when they are being lied to as well by others?

but often then not,

we always choose to believe unless its seen with your own eyes,

isnt it?

It's also hearbreaking that you gotta pretend you dont know.

But i do realise one thing,

I will finally find my courage and do my decisions soon enough.

and when its done,

i hope i have the courage to heal myself too.

Newest member of the family - Fluffy

you'll know i've been blabbering about wanting to get a hamster.

(okies maybe i've just said it one time)

But due to time and my laziness to search for one,

i have been holding off the idea.

surprises are always there isnt it?

Jaslin happens to give me a pudding for my birthday present.

it was totally unexpected and was surprised.

I've finally hit 21 years old.

Been waiting for this day to arrive and here's it.

Wanna thank all those friends and relatives that wished me happy birthday

either through sms or in FB.

All of your well wishes means alot cause i know that i am in you even though

we may not contact each other much.

Also my parents, and some close friends.

I even had friends from overseas called me especially just to wished me happy birthday!

Not forgetting all the presents I received before my actual birthday or on the day itself today!

Besides thanks, I simply dont know what to say!

Actually I've been hoping to reach the day I am finally 21.

but now that I actually am 21,

it feels like nth much has changed.

I am still me,

just making it better and more grown up with responsibilities.

because i can do things that comes with my age.

major stuffs i guess.

And i am going to just be a more responsible girl.

making myself and my life happier.

Alot of things I have in my life now isnt easy to come by.

I am still in the midst of learning and making things well.

so bear with my short-comings and witness my changes as i go.

Shall not talk so much cause I am still enjoying the final moments of my birthday

Day Surgery at KKH

August has finally arrived!

Its my favourite mth of the year of all times!

Even Singapore's birthday falls on August

Recently been having much problems and pain with my stomach,

keep feeling that my stomach keeps twisting for no reason till i cant bear with it.

Headed for a specialist check up at KKH women,

turns out i had some infection inside and needs a minor surgery to clear

those infected tissues.

Went for day surgery on the 8th August 2011,

my first ever surgery in my life.

no kidding, it hurts like hell with the way they position it.

Overall my surgery went well,
no complications or whatever.
So I headed home after an hour my surgery finished.

Just it hurts like hell on my wound inside when i reached home and for the whole night.
Thank god for pain killers my doctor gave me.

And now i was given a long hospital MC to rest at home.
getting bored at home,
and dont really feel like going out too cause it still hurts when i move too fast,
really feels like a sick person at home now.

Correct Person, Wrong Timing?

You know how people always say we have to meet the correct person at the correct timing

in order to have a perfect love or love that'll last?

I guess in a way thats true for most of us.

Like me and many others,

I'm sure we all have our part of meeting the one who we really love and everythings all so good

BUT,

why is it at such a deathly wrong timing?

And when we tried means and ways to mend and patch everything to make it perfect,

all we got was more cracks and ugly scars.

For myself,

I've had quite a number of relationships.

but each of them ended up with bad/sad/hurt or broken endings.

And when things ended,

I would take a couple weeks,

let myself heal and ask myself what went wrong?

did the fault lies in me?

or was it something i could have done better?

did i not love him enough?

why does it come to all of these?

And each time the answer i got was all different.

some was my mistake,

some was the other half's mistake.

whatever it was, everything has ended and we should all move on.

And today I asked myself,

I've met a guy who's the perfect guy of my dreams.

he has everything i wanted and more,

but here's the problem.

He was the perfect half, wrong timing.

If we met at the correct timing,

things would be so much easier.

I dont have to worry about anything or do anything to make you stay.

cause I know,

that we would last if everything's at the correct place.

we can build on our foundation,

we can have endless beautiful memories together playing sports,

going to places you like,

staying at a spot i like,

we wont quarrel (well wont quarrel much),

we'll be doing new things together like baking or photography,

we wont be praying and wishing things is much easier.

And when I'm done feeling sorry and pitiful for myself,

done sitting in my room not doing anything or showering or eating,

done with crying or sleeping endlessly,

I will wake up eventually.

Because here's the reality.

We live in a realistic world of truths and hurtful shit happens.

We wont get the most beautiful relationship if two person in love cant be together,

neither will we feel happy if one doesnt feel satisfied or being loved enough.

And as I am officially reaching the most important age in my life,

I realised too that i wont just sit and feel depressed,

neither will i be that sorry ass and bitch about things that could have happened or could have avoided.

I choose to let it go,

let it be,

and let time heal and see everything.

If weeks, months, or even years later.

we both realised that we still love each other the way we feel now,

I'll know and we'll know how to make it last the way we wanted.

And by then,

we'll be the perfect half, at the correct timing finally.

when it finally comes to that,

we'll be living in a world full of bliss and love

Vivocity

Was at vivo the other day having a meal and short walk around.

Its been like ages since i last went vivo and everything basically looks the same still.

and i loved this part where i could go pets lover centre and look at small animals

And i really really really want to get hamsters!

I cant rememeber when was the last time i had a hamster,

and it was cute seeing a hamster eating his noms, or running a wheel,

or seeing it sleep and doing cute stuffs

I might be so tempted to get hamsters again,

something new for hayden too!

let him know of a small animal existence and loving it!

Best part was we headed to TANKS @ vivocity.

when i was in there,

i saw a vending machine!

And guess what it was?

Its a vending machine selling CK briefs!

so i guess if guys ever needed a brief on the go,

or soiled their brief in the toilet,

they can easily buy brief from the vending machine here!

And then we went over to this corner where they sell pots and pans,

cups and mugs and stuffs.

And i saw this super mad chio pink pan!

So going to buy it for my new home next time and use!

Pretty sure anyone who uses it will be mad happy cooking and

cooks nice food out from this chio pink pan

Then they have so many colourful plates, cups, mugs, bowls!

where got so mad chio de!!!!

You know how tiring is it to keep tracking when your order eventually arrives?

esp when you are given the tracking num,

so you goes checking like every few hours!

So,

I received 2 huge packages from UPS on Tuesday!

one from VS, the other one is from my wholesale spree!

Shall blog a short post about VS first !

I was like no kidding,

it's bigger in actual cause of the many clothings and things inside each package!

I was ordering my items on the website of VS,

and when i was checking out my items,

I realise that i can get a free beach tote!

Initially i thought,

ahh it's just a small tote,

probably some other colour and nth much.

BUT,

it's a super big beach tote and most important,

PINK!!!!!

So this marks my first official transparent bag,

much thanks to VS!

^ Lots of different undies from VS! ^

Simpy mad loves undies from VS,

cause its so beautiful and good quality.

This time round i stick to light colours for my undies selection!

Wanted to get clothings from VS but am afraid the sizes are hard to guage from US webs!

But i got clothings instead from a wholesale webby,

and its all in a pretty okay condition.

dont have to worry about sizes cause its free size!

Shall blog with pictures of the actual clothings that I ordered in Part 2 post!

Was reading my friend's blog and she mentioned a wholesale webside which

apparently says it all that its a wholesale online store where you buy clothings at a real cheap deal,

including dresses and shirts and etc etc.

i happily spent like SGD100 (including shipping by UPS) on clothings there cause its super cheap!

esp dresses which makes up most of my orders!

but fingers crossed that it is in good condition when it arrives else i sure bomb the web!

on a side note though,

itchy hands of mine happily went to victoria secret webside and brought things too!

Movie Reviews (Past and Present)

Geez, i keep wanting to blog about my movie reviews but keep pushing it off.

shall cut this simply and short post for my reviews

I am writing in the order from the latest movies to the past movies.

Just watched this recently and need I say more?

Penguins are cute and everyone wants to have it as a pet when you're a kid or adult.

Comedy movie with a twist of love is what i feel after watching.

Even though you cant possibly really keep a penguin in a home in reality,

but have some joy and laughter watching this movie!

One movie i thought i wouldnt understand but the storyline is pretty ok.

If you watched it with concentration,

you should be able to understand the story.

Its about a bunch of kids during their movie making when they witness a catastrophic train crash.

but it wasnt a accident like it seemed to be,

and it unveils more and more truth behind this beyond their imagination.

My favourite cartoon movie of the year!

with my favourite panda, PO

Still as funny but more of a story of Po's past and what he needs to know in order to save china!

with all the silly and funny moves and speeches of Po's.

cant stop laughing when we were watching this movie.

They said it was a comedy horror show.

but it's really all comedy and you'll find yourself laughing probably.

its not showing anymore in the cinemas i think,

but if ever the DVD comes out,

i guess there's no harm buying and watch it!

Its a nice story based from the comics,

and whats more the main lead Brandon Routh is hot enough to makes you wanna watch him more.

This is my most anticipated movie of the year!

and it didnt disappoint me when we were watching this.

I didnt exacatly catch the full series of fast & furious,

only parts of it from the previous series.

but fast & furious 5 is def. one of the best movie i liked.

be it the different main leads,

the car actions,

car racing or story plots.

everything is perfect!

There's basically nothing to pick about in the movie.

i will give it full stars for this movie so catch the DVD when it comes out.

PS: That concludes my movie reviews, short and simple cause i am pretty tired of writing long and boring post which my readers most probably will fall asleep! hahas :)

Moving On

I guess i haven had the time to slowly sit down here,

really and truely realising things i haven tried to face before.

and suddenly there's lots of thoughts to write or in a way, letting it all out :)

maybe after letting it all out,

i can look forward more and not hold on to stuffs i regret and think about it.

I was reading my blog posts these few years,

realised i have become from a simple girl,

to someone who have more inner thoughts than before now.

Those were the days when i was leading a simple life,

a simple but happier life.

not that i am not happy now,

but i know i am not truely happy like i used to.

I have the urge to really want to face myself once and for all tonight,

right here, right now.

Looking back now,

I'm regretting more things than those i am really happy with.

I dont treasure the times i had with whom i used to think wasnt important at that point of time.

I regret the times i didnt try harder to achieve what i want that could have lessen my list of regrets.

I regret the times i could have stayed on but gave up because i was selfish.

I regret that i wasnt strong enough to face things i'm suppose to face.

I regret i didnt grow up to be the girl my parents wanted me to be.

I regret that i let many people down along the way.

I regret not being able to face myself and run away when i am supposed to stay.

I regret not having the determination to stay in place where i can have a future.

Now that i am heading my 21 years old in less than 3 months,

all i want is to face it and move on.

Firstly i wanna say I'm truely sorry to all those people I've let down or given up.

I really didnt meant to hurt anyone or let anyone down along the way.

but no matter how regretful i am for before, all i want to know is that you're all happier now.

because if you're not, i will really blame myself for whatever hurt i've inflicted before.

I'm actually not as strong/good/positive/happy like many people have told me recently.

whatever happens on the surface may not be what is actually the truth.

I dont have the best job, the bright future, the blissful relationship, the happiest life.

All i know is that i'm still trying to make it work around it with the best i can do for now.

Like the saying goes,

dont wait till you loses it before you realise how to treasure it.

Certain things i thought wasnt important turns out to be the biggest regret i have made.

Certain things i know is my biggest regret yet i keep repeating the mistake.

feel like slapping myself a thousand times.

I've had a rough time since young,

nothing much i do can actually be successful nor last long.

i dont really care for the little comments that hurt me,

as long as i know i will keep trying.

Now that I've finally faced it,

I am ready to move on.

I know it's not easy ahead,

but i just wanna move on and lessen my regrets for now.

I wont let myself down or those i care about down anymore.

I really, really, really wish for once i can carry on with the things i wanna do and achieve.

even if its just little things to many others,

but it meant alot to me if i can achieve.

I'm not trying to be greedy,

but i dont really have too much years to keep losing and wasting and having regrets again.

even if i am going to face rejection,

i will still try and achieve if i really want to.

And for those who have been following my blog,

thanks for being there to be a silent reader or supporter towards me.

^ and as i am writing this entry, i have also finished a bottle of ice wine :)

so i am also officially in a very sleepy mode and feeling the weight of my heavy head ^

Look what I have received from the body shop awhile back! :)

Its their earth lovers shower gel ! :)

also i have a lip balm with a nail filing thingy.

What i have are the watermelon & eucalyptus and lemon & thyme :)

I tried these two when i went for my beauty shower these few days.

I personally love the watermelon one :)

cause the watermelon scent stays on your body longer than the lemon & thyme!

when i used the lemon one, i feel its just a refreshing feeling!

not much smell to stay on, just that you feel refreshed!

compared to the rest of the showel gels body shop sells,

this doesnt have a heavy scent,

kind of refreshing for me lah :)

But i always loved showel gels from the body shop,

esp those fruity ones!

those strawberry ones makes me feel happy when i go to bed after i showered!

it doesnt irritate my skin too as i have really sensitive skin!

so go try it out,

they have lots of other choice besides these two that i used!

GE 2011

After the long waiting,

finally we all got the results of the GE 2011 last night!

PAP won with the lowest winning margin of 60.1 percent since independence!

I seriously feel its really a close shave for PAP this election,

cause every district winning percentage are less than 70 percent (except for hong kah north with 70.61 percent)

I guess now PAP will reflect and do their utmost for the coming 5 years as promised,

else they might well lose their stand in the next election since it was a close shave.

^ Foreign Affairs Minister George Yeo and his team ^

Heavy losses are Aljunied GRC,

a loss to WP (first GRC lost to opposition in history).

personally feel not worth for foreign affairs minister George Yeo & his team for losing to WP.

wells,

there's a first for everything and can only hope WP will do their best for Aljunied GRC.

Other than that are Chiam See Tong,

he joined the Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC this election and lost.

His wife, Lina Loh are the SMC for Potong Pasir,

also lost to PAP with just a close difference votes of 114.

Which is the only district with the closest difference.

they even had to do a re-count closely for this.

and hence SPP lost their stand this election as well.

PM Lee says PAP will promise to engage in soul searching and improves to serve us better!

really hoped they will!

with that,

PAP returns to power with only 60.1 percent of record low winning.

81 out of 87 seats in Parliment.

I will always support PAP and can only hope to see a difference made by them soon!

maybe a difference in housing prices and not add more to our electricity bills?

I haven been going for shopping for a while now.

and so,

met up with my bestie awhile back to go far east for some cheap loots!

Which girl doesnt like shopping esp when you can get things good and cheap in far east!

once awhile i am allowed to pamper myself ba!

^ There's a blue short dress, black halter top, one short, a blue heart shape prints legging, belts, sleepwear ^

But i seriously thing my best buy are the sleepwear cause its comfy and nice :)

^ Brought this wedge boots from code red at far east basement! Its very comfy and good for going out without me feeling pain for a couple hours compared to my other heels ^

^ This bag also from code red! Its like a sailor colour bag hor? But it looks really nice in real :) ^

^ Part of my best buys too! Cause these shorts were on super sale items, and its free size with stretchable rubber behind! so you dont need to worry about fitting :) Just put your legs in and pull it up! ^

I might just go back one fine day and get more of these cheap and good-looking clothings!

I need new clothings to match and pair!

I think recently i am a tad too addicted to cosmetics and stuffs too!

cause i tend to spend more time now on make up before going out,

making sure my clothings match,

or nice earrings or necklance to make me look nicer!

Recently i cant help but keep thinking that my baby boy has grown up so quickly!

he's already beginning to grow up tall, talks in his own language,

understands what we tells him to do,

etc etc etc

of course asides those nasty temper of his,

and crying and throwing of things.

we still love him deeply cause he's our precious.

and i just am spending more time with him as he grows,

cause there wont be another day when he's this big and dependent on me.

Cant believe how big he's grown up since he was a baby :)

loving him so much as days passed!

I am also taking videos of him doing many different things often,

cause i know there wont be videos of this in future!

hahas :)

Just wish and hopes he grows up healthy and strong, happy without worries :)

Yeps, thats the beautiful laptop i've brought at the first day of the IT show!

ya'll must be thinking that I didnt blog for like 2 months plus

and all i said in the first post is about my laptop!!

what to do?

now that that i have a beautiful laptop,

it's going to motivate me in blogging more cause it loads things so much faster!

mad loves it loads!!!

This is just a short sweet post,

so here's the beautiful E series of sony vaio laptops!

This is like the different colours they have for the E series,

It has like the 14 inch sizes and 15 inch from what i understand at the guy during the IT show.

Prices are the same though, at S$1399 for either size.

I gotten the 15.5 inch one since its the same price!!!

I mean why get the smaller one if its for home use with the same price.

so guess the colour i got?

YEPS!!!

I gotten the pink one!!!

Its the same from outside but my key-pad is bigger cause its 15.5 inch!!

so just imagine that its almost similiar to mine just that mine is bigger and nice than the pics of course!

Final Day of 2010 !!

Alright let's recap my last day of 2010!
(note that i am using my working hours to write this!! finish work at 1pm only!)

i've attended 7 weddings this year!
all with a different theme and food are almost the same.
started blogging as a regular blogger for stuffs and writing movie reviews!
won tickets for some performance!
working three jobs at one go!
(corp travel consultant, dance matters, blogger)

tried new foods, learned new recipe, cooked a couple of nice stuffs.
been to new places, tried new games, revisited old places.

first time my health was having an alarm and still needs to be monitored.
been to new working environment, made new friends, new colleages.
met up with long lost friends, lost a long lost friend.

been to hongkong for the first under company's trip
(hotel and airfare borne by company)
freezed in hk, got lost in hk, loved hk!

and for the first time ever,
i realise that some ppl who are your families dont even bother treating you as a family,
to the extend that makes it hard on everyone.
and so i finally realise not to bother too much and just leave it.

trained new ppl for my dance commitments.
think they did pretty well.
had a dance performance with my old crews!
and some minor feelings that i myself know.

And now, we're marching into 2011 !
i am really looking forward to it with new friends and love.

I guess there'll be two differnt blog entries,

one for my movie review that I've watched last friday,

the other just normal life updates!

Anyways,

I went with one of my friend last friday after

course to catch Jackass 3D at cineleisure.

It's not excatly a movie,

just a bunch of ppl who are really daring and open to pranks and play prank on ppl.

all the funny, and pretty disgusting stuffs that you'll say eww..

hahas!

It's my first time watching these kind of shows in cinema,

but i think its pretty ok!

and in 3D makes it looks just real !

Maybe next time I'll be open to watching different kind of movies,

just not horror movies (selected ones) !

So for those that is pretty ok or familiar with Jackass movie,

you can go catch it in 3D!

Go watch it for a good laugh!

Haven been blogging for quite a bit and just thought

of sharing a movie I just watched on dvd.

I know its been a while back on the show,

but heys,

it doesnt matter when it is as long its a movie that touches you!

Have been wanting to watch this movie awhile back when it showed in the cinemas.

and when i wanted to,

it wasnt showing anymore.

Just in case you haven watched,

find a time to catch this movie on a dvd.

it'll move you alot unless you are someone without much feeling

or doesnt have much romance in you.

just kidding.

But I am not kidding about how touching this movie is.

So i watched it on the dvd earlier on,

and cant wait to share my feelings.

It's a very touching romance movie.

with the letters of love,

the missing of each other when you're worlds apart,

how different two ppl come together,

and even when a son and a father shows their love.

I really feel that I have a thing for these kind of romance movies.

It makes me cry all the time.

but when I cries,

it means it has touched me honestly and real.

I kind of liked the ending,

even though it really could have been much better.

Ending was different from the book itself for those you read the book.

Either way,

the story was touching once again.

Going the Distance + Step Up 3D movie reviews

Morning peeps!

Hows your monday so far?

I was at cineleisure last sat morning and afternoon cause I was asked by

my friend to go watch 2 movies and after that

give a movie review for both!

This is the first movie I watched that day,

GOING THE DISTANCE

overall I feel this movie is pretty funny in a way,

there's lots of valgur talk and sex scenes,

and you can see the pretty butt of justin long if you are fans of justin long.

other than that,

I feel that the plot is similiar to most ppl who are going through long distance relationships.

that you cant see each other and often try all means and ways to get

into each other city just so you can be with them!

If you're in for some romance comedy,

go ahead and catch this show!

I enjoyed watching this movie and within my ending that I guessed.

I'll probably give it a 4 out of 5 shinning stars!

And this is the second movie I watch that day!

need I say more?

STEP UP 3D

alright,

I really have high hopes for this movie even before it was released in the cinemas,

and just the trailer its already making me wanna go watch.

I didnt have time all the while till last week,

and man,

its really much nicer and more than I expected!

Be it the different characters in step up 3 or the characters in step up 2,

it all adds up to a totally new breath-taking dance movie of the year!

There's many different dance scenes,

every single dance scene are just so right and wow!

you really will go with the music and just wanna dance with them,

at least thats for me lah.

be it dancers like myself or ppl who are interested in dance movie,

hell, even if you are not a dance person,

I'll strongly advise you to go catch Step Up 3D!

and go catch it in the 3D version,

I'm very sure you will enjoy the 3D version of the movie.

So well,

that concludes my two movie reviews and I am so happy

that I watched 2 movies that I am happy with!

For a start,

I shall happily update you guys with

whats going on around me recently!

I've gotten a new job as a

corporate travel consultant @ citystate travels,

located at raffles place.

i'm just going through a apprenticeship program now that the company has.

signed on a 1 year bond with them,

and there's a full course that last about 3-4 months for us.

which basically covers everything and anything

you need to know as a travel consultant.

I think its very good,

that teaches you from the start to the end

and after that,

hands on training on the job itself.

plus the benefits this company has is pretty good.

so yeah,

I guess hopefully i can stay there in many years to come.

Not forgetting,

I have 5 very friendly colleagues,

and i'm pretty sure we all get along well!

and also,

a very good mentor that teaches us everything we needs to know!

NEXT,

my birthday's over and i've finally hit the digit 2,

so which means I am already officially 20 years old!

so i am somewhere in the past teenager cum pre adult age!

Thanks for the birthday wishes, presents, smses and etc etc,

I had a great time myself and thanks once again!

Baby hayden is now already 13months and 2 weeks old,

he's beginning to talk and walks pretty stable,

can even run for awhile with the wobbly steps.

a very cheerful and happy toddler now!

now's the stage where they grow up pretty fast and I just wish to watch him grow.

Girls Favourite: MANICURE !

I know i haven been updating my blog often,

kind of lazy actually.

and also busy finding jobs and going for interview.

Anyways,

recently i've grown a huge interest for manicure.

I mean DIY manicure which I do myself for my own nails.

and not just those ordinary put base coat, the colour of your choice, top coat and done.

but with those nails stickers,

or even putting on some nice bling bling crystals gems.

here's just one of the nails i did for myself recently.

stick some cute rabbit nail stickers with a pink polish!

this is just the cute version of my manicure!

I'm thinking of doing a nice bling one maybe when I'm more free to stick those crystals one by one.

Dance Memories

I suddenly thought back of some of my dance memories I had.

Esp those that taught me dance in a different light and way.

Thought of uploading some of my old photos to share.

memories of my past dance experience with some dance instructor and friends.

This is 雪糕老师 and me together two years ago.

I remember i attended only like a few of his dance lessons when he came to singapore a few times.

he's a very nice person and teach good mv dance.

These two person are 毛弟(on the left) and 小牛(on the right).

The first time I knew them was also two years ago when they first came

to singapore to conduct dance workshops.

They're from taiwan by the way.

I remember that time I was in a pretty down part of life,

and I got to knew them and practically followed them everywhere during their stay

in singapore.

It was them who made me happier through dance and by cheering me up !

Thats 毛弟 conducting his last dance workshop and I was busying taking photos for them.

He teaches hip hop and it was a good chance to learn from him.

Those two group photos are taken just after their final dance workshop and at their farewell dinner.

He's more of a joker and talks easily to friends like me.

even though i may not agree to some of his doings but i guess everyone has their own way of doing things.

but he can be a very good friend to be with.

and of course his hiphop are one of the many best I've learnt from.

well, how to say?

even though we spent short times together for just merely a few days.

maybe we're of similiar age hence we talk things more and talk about more details.

he seriously not only taught me a new style of dance,

but also gave me many advise as a teacher and as a friend.

to be honest,

I didnt expected that we can share so much topics just in 2 - 3 days.

he made me realise that being myself wasnt that hard.

why bother to waste myself over some down matters.

he cheered me up really alot at one of my lowest point that time.

i am glad that i was given a chance to learn dance from him one to one and

he used his method to cheer me up.

and that is by dancing.

to me,

a real friend is more important than more things in the world.

those are the dance studios where dance are practised and taught there.

i was given a chance to fly to taiwan alone to attend dance lessons,

I was lucky to attend his Locking dance lessons.

he is a very good locking dancer and teaches ppl like me who doesnt know locking easily.

of course,

i picked up the foundations easily from him.

She's one of the friends I've made in taiwan.

practically my best dance sister there.

she accompanied me for all my dance lessons there even though she's tired from previous lessons.

too bad good and happy times dont last long.

Seriously,

I really wondered when will I have a chance to ever get back in dancing line.

dance freely, learn freely.

explore more from different teachers and gain more experience.

but I guess dancing now can only be as a leisure for me.

But who knows?

maybe in future I will come back and learn all over again.

maybe, just maybe.

I can live back my dancing life many many years later if i work hard enough.

I was supposed to update this blog entry like 1 week plus ago after my movie premiere.

But I fell sick,

not just ordinary sick,

its really sick with bad fever and bad sore throat and terrible running nose.

Cause baby hayden was sick first,

followed by me !

and now basically everyone in the house is full of sick virus !

Its damn jialat !

Even poor estelle is still badly sick now and seeing doctor for lots of time and eating lots of medicine !

Wish the virus in the house clears soon !

SHOO !

Anyways,

I attended the movie premiere for

" PRINCE OF PERSIA: THE SANDS OF TIME "

(YES, I won the movie premiere tickets, how lucky!)

yet I fell badly sick that very day too, how damn sad ! -_-

I will give a rating of 4.5 out of full marks of 5 !

why?

because its really really nice,

not like some other movie i watched before that doesnt have any link and not much humor in it.

there's minor parts here and there that makes it funny and easier to watch and understand this movie !

So,

Just go do me a favour and go catch this movie as its out in the cinemas already.

I assure you that you will like this movie as much as i do.

if you dont,

than I can only say you missed a good movie,

and if you HAPPEN to not like this movie,

than what else you want me to tell you?

I'm sorry that the story doesnt happen in real life?

or I'm sorry you find it hard to understand this movie at all?

Recently pretty relax except for some tummy discomfort.

seriously, if i can change only one event/danger,

i would like to change the time when I was still 9 years old and because of me,

my mum had a serious car accident.

Just a simple sentence of " Mummy, I want to drink ABC soup today".

and she went to the market for me that late morning by herself

when i was still in school studying.

when she was on her way home from the wet market,

she didnt noticed a speeding lorry and it knocked her down and dragged for awhile.

I was only informed when my dad came to my class worriedly suddenly

and brought me to the emergency room

where my mum was being treated.

I remember i was so worried and sad that

i kept wondering if god will take my mum away from me.

but thankfully,

although her injuries are serious,

she survived and didnt even blamed me at all for what has happened.

but the big injury deep scar on her leg remains forever,

and it pains me to see her leg ache once a while still.

I still feel guilty though and takes effort to make my mum happy

whenever i can,

even the slightest thing i can do for her.

just so she's happy,

everything is worth it !

FELL SICK !!!

Damn jialat lah.

I was feeling so energetic and happy and the next minute I was way sick friday night.

Can you believe I never eaten food for like 24 hours since friday night?

I am feeling so damn hungry,

but once i tried to eat,

I wanted to vomit the food out.

And NO,

I am not pregnant.

just that my stomach is real sick this time,

together with fever and the feeling of wanting to vomit.

Sickness aside,

recently I'm in my mahjong mood together with hubby!

So played a few games,

and I keep winning.

In Loving Memory Of Melissa Toh

I was looking through yahoo news today when I came across this news.

18 year old Melissa Toh from temasek polytechnic leaped to

death on wednesday morning at

Ang Mo Kio ave 3.

Allegedly heartbroken from a relationship that makes her ends her life

by taking the easiest way out,

DEATH.

I feel sad for her and the ones that loved her,

afterall she's only but 18 years old.

Failed relationships are something I guessed everyone has gone through

in their lifes at one point of time.

but whether or not you can walk out from it very much depends on the ones

around you.

Most importantly,

is if you have the positive mindset to carry on in life

after that particular failed relationship.

It makes me look back on one of my most failed relationship too.

not that i was in much wrong when we broke up,

but come to think of it,

I too have parts that may have contributed to this failed relationship.

I was very depressed for awhile till my friend makes me feel happier.

it was then I got to know some great friends from taiwan.

and by making me happy,

I meant dancing.

Just nice at that point of time,

they were here to give a dance workshop,

and i got invited to join in and bring them around singapore.

and because of them,

I went taiwan for the first time on my own to their dance studio for dance courses.

and had a good short holiday as they brought me to many places,

and of course knew even more friends.

although now i haven been in much contact with them,

but it was partly because of them that I managed to feel happy again!

Anyways,

back to Melissa Toh.

I hope she feels happier now that she's in another world,

and hope that she has found relieve from all her sufferings.

even though this is not the best way,

but its a way she choose nevertheless to free herself from.

And I hope that she will be a happier person again in her next life,

and not do silly stuffs again.

You will be missed from us who showed concern and love for you,

may you rest in peace.

I have only two news to share here for now:

1) Grandmother in law passed away on 13th April 2010 (Tuesday).

She passed away peacefully at the age of 93.

Cremating her on this sat (17/04/2010)

2) I resign my job at the travel agency not because I dont like the enviroment.

BUT,

because the damn boss insulted my grandmother in law and even my own grandmother.

here's what happened:

As my grandmother in law passed away on tuesday,

I will need to take leave for the rest of this week,

as I need to be there at the funeral all the way till sat when they cremate her.

and not only i have to be there,

all the direct kins need to be there too everyday in the late afternoon till late night.

BUT,

damn boss dont allow.

saying that "there's no such thing as you need to be at the funeral when she's not even your real grandmother, its only your grandmother in law what."

"even if its your own grandmother also no such thing as you must be present for the funeral"

"I at most give you 1 day to go be at the funeral,

more then 1 day cannot already.

you ownself go think of ways to attend only when work is over"

Like wtf seriously.

if like that say,

than i sure cant make it in time for the cremation when i finish work,

cause it'll all be over already.

and your tone to me is like i'll lie about such things just so I can take leave?

I dont know if he's from india dont understand chinese tradition or what,

but I sure as hell cant accept that he can say this out.

so what if she's not my own grandmother in law?

she's still my relative what and an elder somemore.

I respect her and care for her too.

so even if its my own grandmother also I cant take leave just so i can be there till her last journey?

I dont really feel sorry for resigning,

because for one,

his salary given to me is much lower then other travel agent i applied for.

two,

your company doesnt even have bonus at the end of the year.

three,

who gives a damn about staying there still if you cant even understand about all these family situation.

four,

you still have the cheek to not wanting to give me my pay for the days i worked there.

(even though in the end he finally agreed to give my pay after many arguements)

alrights, enough of writing about this damn boss which I dont want to bother myself with anymore.

Been donkey months since my last post.

that was like,

3 damn long months!!!

Anyways, back to my post.

I gotten a job recently at PoMo.

Working as a Travel Agent!

learning the ropes of ticketing and the many different stuffs of travel.

working place is like so damn far from my place,

but well, I got to go and work first to kill time and learn more things.

best thing is,

the company is intending to send me for this course,

that only can be attended when you work in a travel related line.

So wells,

If i wanna quit,

I gotta wait till at least I'm done with this course in order to find jobs with a much higher pay than here!

2nd up!

Baby hayden is officially 9mths old on 6th April 2010!

soon it'll be his first year old birthday!

and I haven even got most stuffs planned out for his birthday

And recently baby hayden fell sick.

had high fever for a few days.

then just when we thought he was better,

he had diarrhoea plus some kind of measles like thing!

so it total he was brought to the doctor 3 times for this week,

each to get medicine for his fever and stuffs.

But thank goodness the doctor said he was not that serious,

normal observation and medicine on time should do it.

So now,

He's a happy hayden again!

Okies, here's the last event!

Anyone who's seen the April issue of CLEO mag would have seen the L'OREAL making faces poster inside!

and as mentioned from my last post,

I went for the event!

gotten a big goodie bag, freebies and samples and lastly,

THE MAKEOVER!

though seriously, I can do my own make up better then the one my make up artist did for me,

but well,

its only 10 bucks for everything.

whats more to ask?

They had a total of 635 make-overs in 12 hours!

so that obviously broke the previous singapore book of records.

And thats more than 600 faces in there who went for the make-over.

which of course is taken after the make-over.

Thought of writing something that I am thinking of now :)

Recently some friends around me have been in and out of relationships.

some have gotten over it,

some haven gotten a new relationship,

some have went further on the relationship.

the rest?

I'm not sure how they're coping with now.

But because of this,

I've gotten some feeling that i want to write here.

It's been a long time since I sat down quietly,

just listening to slow music,

and thinking of feelings.

Sometimes it's only human's nature that makes you think back of those feelings,

those feelings you thought will never feel again.

Think back of the person who have left a deep mark in your heart.

the one you thought you loved most before.

Shed tears most for.

and when you look back,

sometimes you still wonder why it happened.

And before you realise,

you ask yourself what will happen if you two has continued on together?

will you feel happier now?

or will you still be shedding tears for him?

or choose not to end the way things ended?

will you still let go?

or have you already moved on even though you still are in the same spot?

And what happens when you realised that you have regretted?

that the one you thought is not the one for you but is right infront all along?

the one that used to make you happy?

the one that used to touched your heart?

will you still go back to him?

And what about now?

are you seriously happy with the one you're with?

does he give you happiness?

or only gives you nothing but sadness and tears?

does he treat you the way you're supposed to be loved?

or have you forgotten how being doted on feels?

Without realising,

you may have gotten used to it.

used to the way things are now.

or cant give it up for some reasons.

When you have the courage to end it,

Yes,

you will be sad.

you will cry.

you will hide yourself away in those memories that used to be happy,

until you think of those memories that hurt you the most.

then you should be thinking of finding back the one person that can makes you happier.

find back the one who's willing to love you truely always.

give up the one who doesnt deserve your tears to be wasted on.

It may take a month,

six months,

a year,

two years,

or even longer.

but it'll all be worth it when you finally find the one that can treat you better than the last.

that loves you the way you deserved to be loved.

eyes that says he's lucky to have you,

hands that says he'll always hold you,

shoulders that'll always let you lean on when you met with other unhappiness,

legs that'll walk with you till the end of your road.

things he'll gladly do only to make you smile.

what's more is there to ask once you've truely found this person that'll do all those with you.

I only hoped,

those that has found the person you're looking for will cherish.

those that haven found,

dont worry.

I'm sure one day you'll find.

Its hard I know,

but I'm sure you wont want to be living in sadness and tears forever.

Because trust me,

I've been through it.

Been through enough to feel the way I'm feeling and more.

And dont try to forget those memories that he left a mark on.

keep it in the deepest corner of your heart.

Baby hayden turned 4mths old on 6th November 09.

Deciding what to get for christmas presents.

Waiting for christmas.

Planning my short term goals.

Trying to fulfil those short term goals.

On a dvd marathon (both english series and hk series).

Went on shopping spree with carol again for baby hayden stuffs.

Baby hayden finally can wear M size diapers.

He loves eating both his fists like they're chicken thighs.

And now he knows how to hold things and play with them for a long time :)

Tomorrow going to felicia darling's buffet dinner.

She's finally married and I'm really happy for her :)

One red bomb for tomorrow dinner.

Celebrated Darling Hubby's birthday by bringing him for a nice meal and KTV session.

Found a part-time job as dance instructor for kids together with carol.

Been going out almost everyday with Carol to keep her company.

Wished baby hayden happy 3 months on 6th October!

hayden's got another god-mother (Carol).

Carol brought hayden so many baby stuffs for him.

Last but not least,

this is the happiest news I've heard this month.

One of my best sister, Felicia,

Is getting married! :)

She's holding a wedding buffet dinner next month.

And I sure will attend,

missed her so much and am very happy and excited for her!

Cant wait to see her soon!

And now,

I've got red eye!

My right eye is like so painful each time I blink,

and I'm so going to the doctor in the morning.

and left 7 questions left unanswered!

So I was thinking,

max can only wrong 5 questions but now I have 7 that I'm not sure of.

But heng I pass,

luck's beaming on me today :)

going to book my final theory test too soon.

and remembered I mentioned that I brought the watson's bird nest mask?

Wells,

I tried one piece today.

And it was very nice and good!

The wetness was more than enough,

and there's this very nice cooling feeling throughout the whole session your mask is on.

It doesnt sting sensitive skin too!

(PS: cause I have very sensitiv skin so I chooses my mask carefully) :D

Worth the money for sure on this mask! :)

we were shocked how much energy he has that he can flip today.

Just came home from TMC,
brought baby hayden for his newborn hearing test.
and he pass the test well. Hah :)

my cozycot samples came today through registered mail!
happily received all the samples in one big envelope! :)

Heading out again later in the evening to meet Carol and Jam! :)

pretty tired but nvm.

wonder what is it they wanna pass to me? Hahs :)

my basic theory test is coming also!

didnt study much yet!

ought to start studying soon,

if not fail and have to retake than jialat! :)

going to catch a short nap now,

Been heading out often recently with carol and sometimes with jam too!

You can say I'm enjoying myself cause I simply loves to head out and shop! hahs :)

These few days have also been at home,

watching my favourite english series, ER!

I'm watching both season 10 & 11.

got the dvds finally from carol.

I really loves to watch ER for some reason,

maybe cause of the medical stuffs

or maybe I'm simply too addicted! :)

Updates on baby hayden! :)

Brought him for his second dose of HEB B at the polyclinic yesterday!

He was a brave boy!

Only screamed when the needle went in,

and after that he's ok already!

His current weight is now 5.84kg!

He's growing up so fast and strong,

and soon he'll be too big to hold him in my arms like a small baby.

everyone's loving him and I'm loving him more each day too!

Been pretty much on a happier side!
Met up with my bestie carol recently often as she got many items for baby hayden!
Items like diapers, clothes, and etc etc from kiddy palace!

Received a late birthday present from Carol as well!
It's a very nice handbag from Charles & Keith and I simply love it to the lots!
Thanks for spending that money on this nice present for me! :)

Baby Hayden has advanced to wearing S size diapers!
Newborn size are like too tiny for him already.
He's growing up so fast and big that he can already wear some of the bigger clothes.

For myself,
Recently I've been online getting all the many different kinds of sample pack items!
Like skin care products, Hair care, and etc etc.
Happily waiting to receive those items from the mailbox! :)

Yesterday marks the 13th months of me and hubby together as well!
Happy 13th Anniversary Darling Boy! :)

And I'm waiting to go watch movies with hubby too!
Like the chinese movies he's been wanting to watch,
and myself?

I heard it's a very funny movie worth watching!

Hiya! :)
First day of september and here am I blogging again.
Some basic updates about myself for the past two weeks, hah.

I've been pretty fine,
nothing much to say about myself,
just that I'm still relaxing and enjoying as much as I can while looking for a job still :)

As for hubby,
he's basically still ok and well.
So we're fine too now! Dont worry! :)

Wells, here comes baby hayden updates.
He finally had his first HEB B vaccine jab (first dose) taken at polyclinic on 19th Aug 09.
Screamed when the nurse injected and cried but only for the first few minutes,
than he's ok and off to sleep.
Bringing him for second dose a month later from that date and hearing test at TMC in early sept too.
He's also getting heavier and weights 4 plus kg now, hah :)

Baby hayden is also drinking more milk and slightly easier to take care of him at night.
So time being,
we're fine with baby hayden at night cause he's learning to be a good boy for us :)

31st August 2009
Out with hubby to AMK Hub.
Reached at 2plus and brought movie tickets for final destination 4 (3D).
It's my first time watching 3D movie and I was being a sua ku, hah :)

Had lunch first before we went back up for the movie.
I got so excited watching 3D for the first time that hubby keep scaring me during the movie.

Anyways, after the movies, we went to walk around the Hub and went to anderson's ice cream to buy a tub of 500ml ice cream before we went home.
Spent $2 only 500ml ice cream tub cause we had vouchers! :)

1st September 2009
Morning, we head down to our blk nearby because bringing baby hayden for his first haircut!
His hair is super duper long that we can style his hair already!

Than head out to lunch at paragon with hubby!
we walked around for awhile at paragon, and I went to watsons.

BTW, you guys should sign up for the watsons lifetime membership card at a mere $5,
if you always go to watsons like me to buy stuffs! :)
Its damn cheap lah, and it comes with $150 worth of discount voucher.
Plus if you activate online, you will get 20 bonus points only for online activation! :)

So I happily gotten my watson membership card!

And then we head to takashimaya to look at the baby fair,

cause there's so many stuffs to see and look.

Plus the clothes for baby there are so cheap and good.

Would be going back with my friend to look and get some for baby hayden since it only ends at 13th September!

Wells, its been quite awhile since my last updates!!

As said, I'll post some of my baby hayden photos here for you guys to see.

cause i find posting photos at blogger is so damn tiring.

been pretty tired taking care of baby hayden during the first 2-3 weeks.
now even though its getting slightly better,
but still its tiring cause baby hayden gets cranky pretty often in a day.
and it takes alot of effort to coax him just to make him feel relaxed.

But I've been lucky cause I still have my mum to help me with taking care of baby hayden during the day.
And sometimes I still get to go out alone with hubby for some short time outside the house.

Even though its very tough being a mum now, but I'm learning and coping well for now.
I have my mum and hubby to help me sometimes, and sayang me as well. hah :)

Esp hubby, he knows its tiring taking care of baby hayden.
So sometimes he brings me out and helps at home.
I feel he's been more attentive to me now when I need his help.

He's been sayang-ing me more often now too.
lots of loves and sweet talks to each other sure helps the tiredness ease away more.

As for me, I'm looking for jobs now.
Should work young and gain more experience.
also working young has advantages.

Now as I'm blogging, i'm missing hubby cause he has outfield trainning till friday evening.
So I can only see him on friday evening.

This friday's my birthday too!!
wonder how my birthday would be, but am sure will get to enjoy too even if its a simple one.
hah.

Date: 9th July 2009, Thursday
Time: 5:24pm

I finally delivered my baby boy on 6th July 2009, 1158 hours :)

Birth weight was 2.820kg
Length was 47cm
His head circumference was 30cm

Long and hard labour but the end results was worth it
and hubby was with me all the way throughout :)

Admitted to TMC on 5th July 2009 around 9pm plus.
Waterbag leaked earlier in the afternooon around 1pm.
So decided to admit only at night cause there were no pain or contractions yet.

When admitted, dilation was only 2-3cm.
So the waiting starts in the labour room with me and hubby.

6th July 2009
2am in the morning, dliation was only at 3-4cm.
and contractions were slowly starting to get stronger.
nurse did asked if i wanted epidural but I declined it.

Went to the toilet and came back around 5am plus close to 6am.
contractions were getting so strong.
and I was only dilated to 4-5cm.
was beginning to cry to hubby cause the pain was so intense.
hubby asked me to finally take the epidural.

Epidural was given to me only at around 7am plus.
It was so painful when he poked the needle into my spine!!!
but the pain was gone fast after epidural was given and numbness was felt from waist down.

My doctor in charge came at only about 8:3oam.
came to break the rest of the waterbag.
dilation was at 6cm.
by then, I cant feel anything already and was lying down resting.

Since then, dilation was getting much faster and i was dilated to 8cm by 9:3oam.
nurse came in, asked me to get some rest since it wont be long.
So both me and hubby fell asleep till 11am plus.

There was a nurse who came and asked me to push.
but I was totally weak and numb and didnt have the strength to push.
Baby hayden also pooed inside me already,
and we have to get him out soon.

Dr Paul came back again.
And both hubby and dr paul were encouraging me to push.
So after many hard pushes, baby hayden was finally out with poop all over him.

But still, he's a cute boy with lots of hair.
and hubby was so happy with the birth of baby hayden.

I didnt have any tear so I dont need stitches, which is good.
After cleaning and weighing hayden,
we were pushed back to my ward.
This is when I had the many after effects of epidural,
dizzy, nausea, numbness and shaking.

Anways, now I'm back home with baby hayden.
Tough taking care of a newborn but glad my mum's here,
and my hubby is so considerate looking after me, looking after hayden.

2 main events that's happened for this week.

Firstly, watched "Transformers 2" already on thursday, 25th June 2009 at cineleisure, movie tickets from hubby's company for him and me to watch :)

I feel that Transformers 2 is worth the money watching, for those who haven watched.
Lots of action, fights against each other, parts of humor in it, good effects.
For me, I feel most importantly is the ending, which is something I like.

I would give a rating of 4/5 for Transformer 2.
Though I have no idea why the media rate this movie so low to one popcorn or two popcorns only.
But its worth 4 out of 5 for myself.
Maybe to some guys, its worth full stars because there's Megan Fox in it. Like Duh.

Secondly, Its a world news, which most people have known already I supposed.
MICHAEL JACKSON PASSED AWAY!!!

I was watching channel news asia on friday early morning at 7am and got to know michael jackson died.
News were repeatedly about his death.
And MTV channel at night were all about Michael Jackson and broadcasting all of his past famous songs which were etched into many people's mind.

Well, this is life I suppose.
You never know what happens tomorrow.

Alright, enough of the main events.
Basic updates on my current week.

Reached 37 weeks plus 2 days today.
Guess its on the safe side already if I happen to deliver now :)

Hayden's stuffs are mostly done getting.
All arranged nicely and packed into boxes for his items and clothes.
Now just awaiting for his arrival :)

Washing slowly the whole mountain of hayden's clothes.
Stocking up his items like baby wipes and stuffs :)

Been feeling very tired too.
And feeling so fat and heavy :(
And pretty bored with nothing much to do except most nights just mahjong session with hubby and his brother & wife :)

But when hayden's born.
I'll be busying taking care of him.
Then I'll look for jobs and start working cause I wanna start earning money already!!!
Going to earn money and save, hah :)

I wish that everything goes smoothly and everyone's getting better, I hope :)

Went for my check up at TMC on 17th June 09, Wednesday :)
Did a Group B Streptococcus (GBS) test as well just to be safe.
Didnt have a scan, just heard baby hayden's heartbeat.
Everything's fine.
Check up in a weeks time again on 23rd :)
Needs to have weekly check up already as its very near my due date.

Time to start packing up soon for my hospital bag :)
Would put some items that I need and some stuffs for baby hayden too!
Going to pack up and than put my hospital bag inside hubby's car, hah :)

Okies, been watching DVDs lately and trying to pass time.
These are some of the movies I've watched on DVD.

Confessions Of A Shopaholic
Its nice and I loved this movie!
But I would never be spending money like her till my credit card bills are going to burst,
or had already burst. Hah :)

Bride Wars
Well, imagine your wedding being ruined by your BFF and doing all sorts of stuffs that you never did before to your BFF.
I wouldnt even imagine that.
Seriously, will this ever happen in real life? (at least not to me, I've had my wedding)
3.5/5 for this movie

Fast & Furious 4
Okies, I got to admit I didnt watch the first 3 and watched the fourth.
Although I dont really understand the full story,
but I still managed to finish watching it.
3/5 for this movie

Hotel For Dogs
Well, this has got to be one movie I'm listing into my favourites.
for dog lovers, this is worth watching and I just love Friday the dog (the lead dog in the movie).
And all different dogs just makes your heart melts.
Thumbs up for this movie.
4.5/5 for this movie.

The Pink Panther 2
I watched the first one and the second one were slightly funnier to me compared to the first.
I was laughing and laughing at the stuffs Steve Martin did and said inside the movie.
He played the character really well and if you need a laugh, just watch it.
4/5 for this movie.
